Garlic mushrooms
- 90 grams butter cut into cubes
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 750 gram mushrooms cut into 2 (button mushrooms for example)
- 1 soup spoon lemon juice
- 2 soup spoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon seasalt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
1- Melt the butter in a pan, when melted, add the garlic for a few minutes ;
2- Add the mushrooms, keep mixing to make sure they get covered by the butter. Cover the pan and leave it unitil the mushrooms get almost tender ;
3- Get the lid off and boil the dish until the juice reduces down to half ;
4- Finally add the ingredients left.
